Andrea Pedrazzini is an organist and conductor, active as a performer in Switzerland and internationally. His concert activity ranges from the major organ repertoire to improvisation, with a particular focus on the symphonic and Romantic traditions. He has performed, among others, at Saint-Sulpice in Paris, the Abbaye Saint-Ouen in Rouen, Freiberg Cathedral and Speyer Cathedral.
Alongside his solo career, he founded the Luceat Ensemble in Locarno in 2022, serving as its artistic and musical director. The ensemble develops projects devoted to major vocal and symphonic repertoire.
A central focus of his current artistic work is the music of Anton Bruckner and Eberhard Klotz’s organ transcriptions of Bruckner’s symphonies. Since 2025, he has been engaged in a recording project dedicated to this repertoire in collaboration with the Belgian label Organroxx, combining concert activity with in-depth research and recording work.
He is also Artistic Director of the Locarno Organ Festival and teaches music at Liceo cantonale di Lugano 2.

Andrea Pedrazzini è organista e direttore, attivo come interprete in Svizzera e sulla scena internazionale. La sua attività concertistica si sviluppa tra il grande repertorio organistico e l’improvvisazione, con particolare attenzione alla tradizione sinfonica e romantica. Si è esibito, tra gli altri, a Saint-Sulpice a Parigi, all’Abbatiale Saint-Ouen di Rouen, al Dom zu Freiberg e al Duomo di Speyer.
Accanto all’attività solistica, nel 2022 ha fondato a Locarno il Luceat Ensemble, di cui è direttore artistico e musicale, con il quale realizza progetti dedicati al grande repertorio vocale e sinfonico.
Un ruolo centrale nella sua ricerca artistica è oggi occupato dalla musica di Anton Bruckner e dalle trascrizioni per organo delle sue sinfonie realizzate da Eberhard Klotz. Dal 2025 è impegnato in un progetto discografico dedicato a questo repertorio, affiancando all’attività concertistica un’intensa attività di ricerca e registrazione.
È inoltre direttore artistico del Locarno Organ Festival e docente di musica presso il Liceo cantonale di Lugano 2.

Sein Repertoire reicht von der grossen Orgelmusik bis zur Improvisation, mit besonderem Fokus auf die symphonische und romantische Tradition. Er trat unter anderem an Saint-Sulpice in Paris, in der Abbatiale Saint-Ouen in Rouen, im Freiberger Dom und im Dom zu Speyer auf.
Neben seiner solistischen Tätigkeit gründete er 2022 das Luceat Ensemble, dessen künstlerische und musikalische Leitung er innehat. Mit dem Ensemble realisiert er Projekte im grossen Vokal- und Sinfonierrepertoire.
Ein zentraler Schwerpunkt seiner heutigen künstlerischen Tätigkeit ist die Musik Anton Bruckners und die Orgeltranskriptionen seiner Sinfonien von Eberhard Klotz. Seit 2025 arbeitet er an einem Aufnahmeprojekt zu diesem Repertoire und verbindet dabei Konzerttätigkeit mit intensiver Recherche und Aufnahmearbeit.
